Job descriptionThe RoleWe are looking for an experienced EMEA Talent Development Manager to join our Global RPO Talent Development Team.This position will collaborate with the global team on creating and executing all RPO Talent Development initiatives including industry training (in alignment with PMOs), learning paths, new learning courses, Virtual Instructor Led Courses, and talent development programs.This role will be directly responsible for EMEA stakeholder engagement and EMEA program execution with oversite from the Global Director, Talent Development.Working as an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for training colleagues on the full recruitment process. You will also develop continuous improvement initiatives whilst considering internal operational goals.Job location: Warsaw, Poland (hybrid model)Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Provide RPO colleagues with full insight and training in the global recruitment process, as well as any deviations as dictated by local legal recruitment compliance
  • Responsible for making sure RPO are aware of any updates and changes in global content and learning programs and collaborate with stakeholders to drive execution
  • Serve as Regional liaison to communicate development needs to influence global prioritization and knowledge sharing. And in turn, implement global initiatives on a regionalized basis collaborating closely with regional leadership and business enablement teams.
  • Working within global priorities, design training programs and course content with continuous improvement initiatives in mind
  • Drive global and regional participation and engagement with learning opportunities within the KF internal learning curriculum
  • Use data and metrics to report training impact to regional and global stakeholders in both formal and informal forums
  • Work independently to drive new learning and development programs effectively managing and progressing on short term milestones leading to longer-term results.

Professional Experience / Qualifications / Skills

  • Prior/current experience and familiarity with recruitment strong preferred (ideally within an RPO environment)
  • Demonstrable experience in supporting, creating and delivering training to colleagues and team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English along with strong stakeholder management
  • Self-driven with the ability to drive both short term and long term results
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, be adaptable and willingness to learn
  • Computer literacy, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, and numeric capability
  • Experience with Instructional Design would be a plus, although not required
