Due to the novel nature of our technology, we will work directly with the farmer via on-farm and data driven tools to ensure success.The jobIn this job you are supporting the Director Production by controlling the quality of the incoming goods. You are responsible for ensuring the quality of our products. You will ensure that all products meet internal quality standards and comply with external regulations by doing analyses in our chemical laboratory. So, it’s important that you are living and located in the Netherlands.We are ushering in a new era of animal health. Are you with us?Responsibilities· Develop, implement and maintain quality control policies;· Conduct routine and non-routine shelf-life testing on products;· Prepare productsamples and insure proper storage in handling of samplings to the testing process;· Record and analyse testdata. Identify trends in the data;· Perform the chemical analysis on our state-of-the-art HPLC or LC-MS/MS system;· Collaborate with other departments to identify a resolve of quality issues.The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role within the organization and the overall business objectives of the organization.Requirements· A bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, biotechnology, food technology with a strong foundation in laboratory HPLC and LC-MS/MS techniques and principles;· 2-3 Years work experience in an analytical lab environment is preferred;· Positive, hands-on mentality and a team player;· Accurate, organized and strong documentation skills;· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot experimental issues, identify potential errors or inconsistencies, and propose appropriate solutions;· Proficient in data collection, analysis, and interpretation;· Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
