Ultimately, you will be responsible for driving the execution of advanced material-handling robotic technologies in Sicily.You will develop and maintain products and modules within the FlexLink product range or any other specific product.Main responsibilities will include:

  • Providing support of customer projects, both remotely and on site
  • Participating in new product development projects, and in pre-studies connected to product development
  • Improving the features and performance of current and future designs
  • Participating in continuous improvements within the Engineering team
  • Developing technical documents (CAD, drawings, tech data sheet, mechanical calculation…)
  • Enhancing and maintaining the existing assortment
  • Developing and spreading knowledge of your technical areas to the team

What You Need to Be Successful

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, and at least 3 years of relevant professional work experience in industry or construction
  • Proficiency in product design and technical drawing
  • Experience with machine & equipment design
  • Materials know-how
  • Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD software, and of PDM systems
  • Knowledge of Scrum and agile working methods
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken
  • High availability to travel
  • Strong attention to detail and well-structured approach
  • Interest in industrial production and desire to learn about new technologies
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
