This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing customs and trade compliance consulting firm, as EU Manager to manage and develop Advisory and Operational missions across Europe, with the prospect of partnership.Your main responsibilities will include:

• Act as Project and Account Manager for consulting missions.
• Act as Project Manager for operations outsourcing missions.
• Manage a team of customs specialists.
• Be part of the management team and help drive the company’s growth.
• Ready to fully commit to an exceptional venture.

Reporting to: Global Trade Lead
Direct Reports: Customs Associate and Sr Associate.Profile / Skills:

• Recognised expertise in customs and trade compliance (4-5 years).
• Capable of demonstrating regulatory and operational expertise in the field.
• People and project management skills.
• Accustomed to an international environment.
• Strong experience in managing projects for multiple countries (not just BE or SP).
• Fluent in English.
• Have a strong sense of service.
• Solutions and Results-focused.
