The brand has also been able to evolve over the years and it currently offers a design whose inspiration is rooted directly in Dame Vivienne Westwood’s and Andreas Kronthaler’s commitment for the environment and climate change.Vivienne Westwood Srl is now recruiting a RTW Product Developer who will join the Product Development Team in Milan offices for a maternity cover. The selected person will support the RTW Product Development Supervisor to interpret and realize samples based on the inputs and guidelines of the London based Design Team, working alongside other company departments (i.e. Purchasing & Procurement – R&D – QC) and in close collaboration with vendors.Tasks and Responsibilities:Protos and samples launches for assigned RTW package;Preparing technical sheets;Briefing RTW vendors on Design Team inputs and monitoring their work;Ensuring that the agreed timing for the RTW collection development is respected;
Criteria:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design for the fashion system or similar technical high school diploma;fluent both in English and Italian languages (mandatory);knowledge of computer operating systems and Office package (good knowledge in Excel, prior knowledge of SAP will be a plus);good organization and planning skills;previous work experience in similar roles, preferably working on the development of RTW collections, if possible gained in international fashion luxury companies;Available to travel in Italy and abroad when neededWhat we offer:
