Execute people development practices to reach employees full potential.

  • Adapting Global People strategy to the local needs assuring the efficient corporate HR tools and processes implementation on the countries.
  • Being sparring partner for local management team.
  • Acting as active change agent supporting local transformation process.
  • Ensure a high-quality HR operation service to managers and employees.
  • Ensure the local HR budget execution.
  • Define short-, mid- and long-term workforce needs in alignment with business strategy.
  • Support and enable managers to ensure proper People Development Practices execution. Define local training programs in alignment with global /regional rules.
  • Execute local recruitments ensuring quality and deadlines according regional and global processes.
  • Leading the day-to-day relations with Unions, Works Council and Employees.
  • Execute the corporate/regional C&B policies according to local regulations.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years’ experience in Hr generalist environment with Mult geographical BENELUX experience.
  • Deep expertise in HR system and local legal processes.
  • Strong interpersonal/Leadership skills and ability to work with business partners, Unions, and labor authorities.
  • Intercultural competence and excellent stakeholder management
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Fluent in English /Dutch/French.
