About the Role
- Drafting, revising and negotiating national and international contracts for all business units (supply and service contracts, cooperation agreements, etc.)
- Legal support with public procurement procedures
- Providing legal advice to business units in company related legal matters (contract law, liability topics, NDAs, DPAs, employment law)
- Support in legal compliance, Corporate Governance and data protection matters
- Legal support and coordination for all corporate activities (Corporate Housekeeping) and for M&A projects (national and international)
- Legal support with public procurement procedures
- Cooperation with authorities and ministries / interface function with external law firms
Your Profile
- Completed law studies at an Austrian university
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in the legal industry or in a law firm
- German at native language level
- Proficiency in business English
- Communication/organizational skills, resilient, ability to work in a team, strong interest in an international working environment
- Completed bar exam and /or post graduate studies advantageous
