The position
We are seeking a few Senior Engineering Project Managers who will each lead and manage a work package for the planned expansion of our API production facilities in Hillerød. Ensure equipment transitions smoothly from FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) to SAT (Site Acceptance Test), overseeing verification protocols for final on-site testing. Guarantee good collaboration with the suppliers, construction management and your team
-Good stakeholder management internally and externally especially with other work package teams
-Ensure that scope/time and economy are on track with vendors in collaboration with procurement management and engineering partner

This project will give you the scope to be involved in a new, high-profile greenfield project where you will have the opportunity to be involved in shaping a new department.

-Extensive experience working with project management with larger technical Capex projects, specifically within Pharma and/or Biotech.
-Leadership skills with experience in large construction projects, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
-Experience in GMP and regulated industries is essential, and experience with API projects is highly preferred.
-Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory.

You possess analytical, planning, and organizational skills, enabling you to set clear directions and manage complex processes. You are an excellent communicator with outstanding stakeholder management skills. Professionally, you work independently, thrive on driving initiatives, and have a forward-thinking outlook. You enjoy collaborating, learning, and sharing information with others.
