About your future role
The Technical Service Desk (the unit operates 24×365) is responsible for monitoring the Open and Network Corporate infrastructures and checks the correct provision of the services provided to customers. It also represents the first point of contact for Network Carriers and customers certified on the Financial Ring (receives, records, analyzes and forwards the Incident).Technical Service Desk Team activities are managed to guarantee the monitoring of the services provided 7days/7days 24hs/24hs.Your key responsibilities in this role will be:

  • identify the person responsible for the Incident, assign its resolution to the competent Incident Team or activating the Escalation process.
  • use a trouble ticketing system to record, track and manage incidents
  • Monitor the provision of Services and Infrastructure
  • provide the first level telephone assistance for customers on the services
  • Collaborate in the creation of operational documentation
