Join us to lead critical initiatives, guide development efforts, and ensure seamless collaboration across design, product, and engineering teams to deliver innovative digital solutions!Core ResponsibilitiesWorking closely with the product, design, and leadership team, you will bring to life digital experiences and ensure impact across the product.

  • Take part to product discovery activities and prototype the outcome
  • Build compelling, user-centred, digital experiences guided by user insights
  • Drive development efforts and deliverables of a digital product
  • Supervise usage of those solutions. Capture meaningful data and enable the tracking of metrics and analytics to foster stronger partnerships, applying the full potential of our team.
  • Work closely with the design team to ensure proper understanding of the users and build high-fidelity prototypes.

Play your part in our team succeedingWe collaborate closely with multi-functional teams to ensure that our solutions are seamlessly coordinated with other products and accurately anchored. Our scope includes the development of new features and enhancements to existing products.Do you have what it takes?You’ll do well in this role if you have:

  • A strong background within the full SDLC
  • Deep knowledge of API integration, able to think modular to help in case of vendor switch.
  • Pragmatic and strategic approach to buy vs. build
  • Communicating engineering work, documenting, and sharing with partners, designers, and the engineering community
  • Ability to fully run agile and passion for good quality code and development pipelines,
  • Tools proficiency in modern Cloud tech stacks, GitHub, AWS and/or Azure.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across the organisation
  • Exceptional organisational skills and a passion for details, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Curious, growth-minded, and eager to expand your skill set.
