What We Offer:

* Competitive Salary : A‚¬85,000 – A‚¬92,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee all hotel operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences and smooth daily operations.
* Lead, inspire, and develop the hotel team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration .
* Manage budgets, financials, and KPIs, driving profitability while maintaining top-tier service standards.
* Collaborate with department heads to implement innovative strategies for increasing guest satisfaction and revenue.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards , maintaining the hotel’s excellent reputation.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven experience as a Hotel Manager or in a senior hotel leadership role.
* Strong background in financial management , with the ability to optimize resources and hit KPIs.
* Exceptional leadership skills, with a passion for team development and guest satisfaction .
* Fluent in English (Hungarian or other European languages is a plus).
* A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
