No one has a plan until everyone has a plan!”Please note that this role is offered on a one-year fixed term contract.Core ResponsibilitiesPlan the PortfolioEnsure an overall execution and levelled plan that cover all novelty products in the future portfolio: Models, Novelty elements, and components across many departments in PMD and into the supply chain.A valuable partner in process optimization across the departments high-level flow-plan for novelty LEGO products. You will be involved in planning various workstreams going into a LEGO product. with the purpose of ensuring a feasible consolidated end-to-end plan. This involves understanding the value chain and working closely with various functional experts and Project Leaders.You find pride in top-quality deliveries but are also able to balance and prioritize your deliveries based on time constraints and cost in an environment where change is the norm.Develop our ways of workingYou are a key player in following up on the performance of the product development process.You are part of boosting a culture with increased empowerment, trust and accountability for the overall goals – working by the philosophy that leadership is for everyone.Play your part in our team succeedingPMD Planning is a team with the overall responsibility to plan the overall portfolio flow, to enable empowered teams and operational excellence. We influence and optimize plans before they are committed, to set the teams up for successful execution including sustainable levelled workload. And we help the organization learn from current performance to build better plans and ways of working.Do you have what it takes?Experience within Project Management, Logistics or a related business or management education orProject Planner experience either from bigger pipeline/larger supply chain set ups, from Product Development, design organization or similarIndustry experience in various planning methods from traditional waterfall planning towards various agile planning methodsYou have demonstrated that you can confidently impact business results within a matrix organization where project organization meets line organization, and many priorities are at playUnderstanding of and ability to drive planning within a mixed physical and digital pipelineProven strong stakeholder managementPragmatic and problem-solving skills across many levels within the organizationTrack-record of applying data for impactful visual presentation and decision supportExperience with SAPPlease note: This is a position based in Billund, Denmark.
