• A degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Perfect professional use of Dutch, French and English
• Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.
• Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Strong analytic skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases.
