Student Assistant, Clinical Supply

Your new role

As our new Student Assistant, you will support the progression of our R&D pipeline by supporting collogues within Clinical Supply.

Your key tasks will be:

-Responsible for handling and controlling documents in our electronic document system
-Travel orders and support on travel expense in our electronic systems
-Purchase of office supplies
-Preparing and processing of data
-Document writing and preparation
-Archiving activities
-A broad variety of ad hoc tasks depending on the needs of the team
 

We will provide a lot of guidance and expect that you are able to work independently and take on responsibility.

Your days will be varied, and you will gain extensive insight into our daily work within a large, global organization.

You can expect to work approximately 15 hours per week. Your work hours are flexible and can be adjusted to match your classes and exam periods.

 

Your future team

The department of Clinical Supply in CMC currently consist of 10 highly skilled and passionate colleagues who are experts in coordination of outsourcing related to packaging and distribution of the Investigational Medicinal Product (IMP) as well as activities related to Interactive Response Technology (IRT). We are in Clinical Supply responsible for delivery of both small molecules and biologics IMP to the entire Lundbeck portfolio.

The position is based in Valby, Copenhagen.

 

What you bring to the team

You are currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (e.g., engineering, pharmaceutical or natural science) and are looking for a role where you can shine by:

-Being comfortable taking ownership of and coordinating your own tasks
-Being proactive, organized, and structured
-Demonstrating an eye for detail and are good at structuring your time to deliver high-quality work
-Bringing enthusiasm for what you do – applying your positive attitude to learn and tackle ad-hoc tasks, both big and small
-Enjoy being part of a team that will ask for help when needed and excited about additional tasks which expand your on-the-job learning
-You have strong experience with use of IT, and it is easy for you to learn new IT systems
-Communicating effortlessly in English – both orally and in writing, as you will work in an international environment where English is the corporate language.
