You may support more senior team members but also oversee junior employees in their daily activities. Supervision includes training and advice (as required) to ensure quality and on-time delivery of assigned tasks and responsibilities. Development of specific knowledge in contract and commercial management area as well as continuous development of other skills is expected.YOUR TASKS:

  • Independently creating and updating contractual deliverables (contract and commercial handbook, obligation matrix, contract awareness deck, various logs / trackers).
  • Drafting / reviewing contractual change documents or statements of work / work orders.
  • Cooperating with internal stakeholders.
  • Supervising work of junior resources as well as supporting senior team members and clients in ad hoc requests, analysis, and contract query resolution.
  • Providing timely and accurate data for reporting purposes.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Around 3 years of professional experience in working in the commercial / contract environment, understating of contractual and commercial implications, drafting / reviewing contractual documents or procedure documentation.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Economics / IT / Law / Finance / Administration / Philology / other as relevant.
  • Very good knowledge of English and German (verbal and written) min. B2.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Very good communication skills.
  • Ability to manage various tasks / projects at the same time.
