We specialize in creating tailored production models that cater to specific client needs, focusing on streamlining processes and resource optimization.Job DescriptionAs a Production Project Manager specialized in managing 360 productions with extensive knowledge of formats, media channels, and specifications. You will be responsible for optimizing production processes with high-volume clients, particularly in the digital media space. Experience in client/account management with international clients and production hubs is essential. You will also support pitches and proposals of new business to global structures or international clients.How you’d spend your day:

• You will manage the entire production process, starting from receiving media briefings, to ensure that creative and production needs are adequately defined and that all media plan requirements are fully covered.
• Your primary objective will be to develop and provide a detailed list of optimized deliverables, aiming to minimize unnecessary production costs when executing the media plan. You will also be responsible for budgeting project costs.
• You will plan detailed production timelines (retro-timelines) prior to the traffic phase, prioritizing deliveries according to project demands.
• You will maintain constant and effective communication with all production teams, coordinating the delivery of materials required for media plan execution.
• You will oversee weekly task planning for the involved team members, ensuring deadlines are met or adjusting schedules as needed.
• You will fulfill other responsibilities and tasks as assigned, always aligning with the strategic and operational objectives of the organization.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and task management tools (Microsoft Teams, Slack, Trello, etc.).
• Ability to handle complexity and multitasking.
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles.
• Minimum English level: C1.
• Commercial mindset for new business.
