Are you looking for a new intrapreneurial challenge?Our company is a European leader in Edtech and corporate training.We are looking for our future Country Manager, as part of our ambitious expansion in France.Have you worked in the training sector for ten years or so, and have the shoulders and strategic vision to restructure our current team and instill an engaging dynamic?We’d love to hear from you!Votre rôleWith overall responsibility for the P&L of activities in France, you will manage all sales, marketing and operations divisions to offer French companies cutting-edge, fun and engaging training that will enable employees, teams and managers to satiate their thirst for knowledge and be better at work and outside.Strategy and business developmentStrengthen the brand’s presence: define and implement the growth strategy for the French market in conjunction with international management. Identify market opportunities new strategic partnerships, manage local operations.Team management and leadership:Recruit, manage and motivate local teams (sales, marketing, customer service, etc.) in order to ensure optimal project execution.Customer and partner relationship management:– Act as an ambassador and build long-lasting, fruitful relationships with keycustomers, partners and key stakeholders in the French market.Performance analysis and reporting:– Analyze French market KPIs to optimize sales and operational performance andand provide regular reports to international management on market trends, financialmarket trends, financial results and opportunities.– Identify potential risks and propose corrective action plans.Adapt to the local market:– Adapt offers, products and marketing strategy to the particularities of the Frenchmarket, taking into account local trends, customer needs and French laws and regulations.Ce poste est fait pour vous siYour 10 years’ experience in an Edtech or SaaS company and your leadership qualities will serve this mission well.You have a strong results-oriented culture and are recognized as having a keen sense of Leadership, authentic and endowed with a genuine “can-do spirit”, you’ll inspire everyone in-house and give them the motivation and direction to win contracts with major companies throughout France.You will develop a strong corporate culture focused on performance and commitment; train and support talented people to foster their personal and professional development.You will draw on your strategic skills to draw up, in line with our overall development plan for the French territory.Ce que nous offrons
