When you work with us, you will have the opportunity to gain new experiences, develop your skills and achieve success in a dynamic, supportive environment.If you value open communication, want to develop your competences and work in a place that truly cares about diversity, then MOL Polska is for you.Join us and let’s build a future full of opportunities together!Maintenance Team LeaderObligations:managing the work of the Maintenance Teamensuring the maintenance of full efficiency of installations, systems and technical devices at the Company’s stationsresponsibility for OPEX in the field of maintenance, verification of costs incurred by the Company with the actual state of affairs at the facility,creation of an annual service and repair budget, responsibility for the implementation of this budget, responsibility for OPEX in the field of maintenance, verification of costs incurred by the Company with the actual state of affairs at the facilitysupervision over the performance of works by external companies as part of service and renovation works, along with the correct implementation of the provisions of contracts and the scope of the order,participation in inspections/tests of equipment related to visits of the Office of Technical Inspection, the District Office of Measures and the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways (GDDKiA) at the Company’s facilities,supervision over the proper performance of works in the form of warranty notifications to the Contractors,supervision over the implementation and timeliness of periodic inspections resulting from the DTR of equipment, legal regulations and the schedule established in the applicable contracts with Contractors,ongoing cooperation with service and repair companies in the field of solving technical problems,cooperation with Project Managers in agreeing on the scope of modernization,preparing, supervising, archiving technical and repair documentation as well as post-inspection documentation,preparation of specifications and technical requirements for tenders, participation in procurement procedures,cooperation with offices and supervision of control proceedings or obtaining decisions,planning inspections and modernizations of individual stations and/or equipment,cooperation within the MOL Group.Requirements:higher education (electrical, construction, installation),experience in maintenance of petrol stations or any other Retail outlets in a multinational corporation,documented experience in working in a managerial position, at least 5 years,experience in handling budgets, schedules and reporting in the field of service and repair works,knowledge of legal regulations specific to the service station chain,ability to work in a team,knowledge of petrol station equipment, technology and equipment,coordinating work performed by external suppliers, project management,knowledge of English at an intermediate level (min.
