The successful HR Business Partner will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with business goals. This position requires a candidate who can work collaboratively with senior management and deliver effective solutions.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Nurture a positive working environment.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

- A degree in Human Resources or related field.
- More than 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of Belgian labor law and HR best practices.
Our client is a leading player in the energy sector that can pride itself on delivering innovative and sustainable solutions to its extensive customer base. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for supporting 2 sites based in the region of Leuven/Louvain and Luik/Liège.
- An estimated salary range of 65,000 – 75,000 EUR per annum.
