Job Title: Release Train Engineer (RTE)

Job Type: Contract/ PermanentResponsibilities:

• Manage and optimize flow of value through the ART
• Facilitate ART level ceremonies Pl Planning and Inspect & Adopt
• Facilitate Pl planning readiness by fostering a Continuous Exploration Process
• Facilitate synchronization events such as Scrum of Scrum, Product Owner Sync. and System Demos
• Coach and train leaders. Scrum Masters and teems in lean-agile practices and mindset
• Helps manage risks and Impediments to the organization and escalate and track impediments and support the organization in problem solving
• Manage ART Lean Budgets and ensure adherence to guardrails Assist tracking execute and progress of features applying relevant metrics – also for operations/maintenance
• Drive relentless improvement of the ART, and foster the use of engineer ng and Built-in Quality practices
• Encourage cross-ART collaboration”
