Novo Holdings manage the wealth and assets of the Novo Nordisk Foundation, the world’s largest Enterprise Foundation, and have since 1999 been investing to promote groundbreaking solutions in healthcare and bio-sustainability, while generating attractive long-term returns that advance the grant giving activities and the strategic objectives of the Foundation – supporting scientific, humanitarian, and social-causes.You will join a closely knit, motivated, and curious team comprised of Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Developers, AI and Machine Learning Engineers, Automation specialists, as well as Data Managers and System Owners of our Asset Management System.Our new Digital Architect will drive innovation and pave the way for our development efforts and house-wide digital solutions, to meet the needs of our Global Investment Teams and Business Units, and through a strong focus on user adoption, make sure they are used as intended. You will work closely with your team members and navigate a complex internal and external Stakeholder Landscape, to directly shape the success of our digital transformation efforts.Your key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for digital solutions that provide value and meet business needs
• Application ownership
• Together with the Digital team ensuring that the Digital team’s software, applications, and solutions are widely adopted across the organisation
• Driving user engagement and promoting the adoption of new digital tools
• Managing the end-to-end delivery of key digital initiatives, ensuring they provide measurable business value
• Building strong relationships and inspire the organisation to align digital strategies with business goals

Professional Qualifications:

• A degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, such as Business Analyst, Business Architect, or Enterprise Architect
• Experience with Change Management frameworks and processes
• Proven experience in leading digital transformation projects with high stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to align digital solutions with business strategies
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships across all levels of the organisation globally
• Experience with user adoption strategies and driving digital engagement across complex international organizations

• Ambitious, proactive and with a curious mind
• Independent with demonstrated sound decision-making judgement. Able to provide input on issues relating to administration, projects, and communication and suggest solutions and actions
• Able to convey complex information and interact with both business users and technical specialists
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build good relationships across seniorities
