Description

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Manager- Assessment Automation located in Raritan, NJ or in Beerse, Belgium.

The Sr. Manager, Assessment Automation, is responsible for identifying opportunities for automation in the cybersecurity risk assessment area, defining requirements for the targeted automations, testing and verifying the implementation, and supporting the transition of the automations into assessment processes and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of current cybersecurity assessment processes and methodologies and, in collaboration with the Assessment Team, identify opportunities for automation.

  • Vet opportunities with management, with supporting business case.

  • Develop requirements for targeted automations for delivery to implementation teams.

  • Test and vet the automation solutions, ensuring compliance with requirements.

  • Partner with the GRC Solutions team and the Assessment team to successfully transition the automations into the assessment processes.

  • Develop metrics and perform monitoring to ensure automations are delivering the documented business value.

  • Maintain strong working relationships with team members in the Cybersecurity Assessment Team, Risk Management team, Automation team, and other key stakeholders.

  • Develop and maintain strong knowledge of cybersecurity assessment processes, GRC tool capabilities, and emerging approaches for cyber automations.

  • Support special projects to enhance the risk assessment function.

Qualifications

Education:

  • A bachelors degree is required, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Security/Cybersecurity.

Experience and Skills:

Required:

  • 6 years of development or automation experience.

  • 3 years of generating requirements for automation initiatives.

  • Experience with cybersecurity and/or risk management.

  • Highly motivated with willingness to take ownership and responsibility for work.

  • Demonstrable record of effectively collaborating with virtual teams, including diverse groups of people with varied backgrounds and cultural experiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience with security standards (e.g. ISO27001, NIST, etc.).

  • Experience working with GRC tools.

  • Experience at large multinational company.

Other:

  • 10% travel.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000- $203,550 USD.

The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
