The position

Your primary responsibilities will be meeting room and it-support for our executive level at Novo Nordisk Denmark.

Your main tasks will be:

-Trouble shooting identification of improvements and handling of day-to-day incidents, evaluating root causes, and looking for continuous improvement.
-End-to-end responsibility for every single case, either by solving it or escalation and following up with the relevant business partners until resolution
-Collaborate and work independently at a high professional level, both internally and externally, to ensure smooth and quick solutions.
 

Besides the daily contact with executive level management in Novo Nordisk, you will be working with both a local team of IT- and AV-supporters, vendors on different services, stakeholders and with a global it-support team where everybody shares knowledge, and work on creating global standards for the IT- and AV-support in Novo Nordisk.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we imagine you have the following qualifications:

-Technical education with focus on analytical skills or relevant education within the field and three or more years of hands-on experience.
-Excellent stakeholder management skills, easily adapting to different environments and communication styles ensuring high-level service.
-It is an advantage to have solid experience in IT technologies (Microsoft & 0365, IOS, HW maintenance, cisco VCON) and in IT appropriate service management program (ITIL Foundation certification).
-Strong knowledge of ITSM tools like ServiceNow.
-Excellent command over both written and spoken English and Danish.
 

As a person you are service-minded and positive with an engaging personality and can-do attitude. You are outgoing and enjoy conversing with people at all levels in the organization in an international setting. You take pride in your ability to explain complex issues in an easily understandable manner and providing high-level technical support.

About the department

GITO Service Desk and IT Support is a newly established unit consisting of multiple teams of highly skilled and dedicated employees located around the world acting responsible for both 1st level support, onsite support and single point of contact in the local sites, while also participating actively in Product Teams in our other product areas such as Digital Workplace and Infrastructure.

GITO consists of 200+ employees across more than 25 countries with main hubs in Denmark, USA and India. Global IT Operations helps drive the digital transformation of Novo Nordisk.

The GITO Service Desk and IT Support Product Area cover core services such as Service Desk, On-site support and Major Incident Management, but also require a key focus on incident management, knowledge management, problem Management, ITSM analytics, automation, self-service, self-healing and intelligent swarming.
