• Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex business needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
• Solution Design: Develop innovative PEGA-based solutions that align with business objectives and technical constraints.

Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency using PEGA’s BPM capabilities. * Data Analysis: Leverage data to uncover insights and inform decision-making.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of solutions by developing and executing comprehensive test plans.
• Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with clients, project teams, and technical experts.
• PEGA Implementation: Contribute to the successful implementation of PEGA-based applications.
• IT Integration Expert: Translate business needs into effective and tailored IT solutions.
• Communication Master: Excel at both written and verbal communication, ensuring clear understanding for all stakeholders.
• Quality Assurance Expert: Deliver top-notch work with polished and easy-to-understand documentation and results.
• Agile Champion: Leverage your Agile experience to effectively manage projects within the Agile framework.
• Documentation expert: Develop high-quality documents and presentations that are clear, concise, and polished, regardless of complexity.

You’re a perfect fit if you:

• Have higher education degree (HBO/WO).
• Have Business Analysis certifications (BABOK, BCS, or similar) or a strong desire to pursue them.
• Have expertise in Requirements Engineering and Process Modelling.
• (Preferably) have Agile Scrum Certification (PSM I, PSPO I).
• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and preferably Dutch.
• Have a minimum 3 years of proven Business Analyst experience
• Have a minimum 2 years of experience working with Agile methodologies.
• Are experienced in developing products with teams.
• (Preferably) Have a background in banking, insurance, telecom, or online retail.
• Have proven experience in using PEGA or similar low-code platforms.
• (Preferably) Have experience with one or more of the following: FEC sanction or transaction monitoring systems, web and mobile application development, and/or API integration.
• Have a strong understanding of the financial sector, particularly in areas such as risk management, compliance, and customer experience.
