Then keep reading below!🥜 In a nutshellPicnic’s tech team has grown impressively every year. We launch new teams every ~12-18 months to make sure we keep the focus on building high quality products. Our Product Owners therefore grow in tandem with Picnic: you will be part of increasingly growing teams in people, numbers and complexity. The role has an important analytical part which centers around analyzing the data of both end-users and our systems. With the insights you develop, you steer the direction of our tech products that we build in-house (e.g. Picnic App, Warehouse Systems, Customer Service etc.).Our approach: If you are someone fascinated by smart business models and building cool products, then let’s definitely get in touch!   • Combine user research and data analysis to gain a deep understanding of the needs of our current supply chain
  • Define and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with business stakeholders and our other product teams
  • Build and support a highly effective team in a rapidly growing organization, together with your technical counterpart
  • Foster an environment in which your team can excel and get the product to the next level

⭐ About you

  • You have a Master’s degree in Mathematics, Physics, Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Econometrics, Robotics or related
  • You have 2-5 years of experience in a product-led organization, ideally as a Product Analyst or Product Owner for logistics products
  • You have strong analytical and conceptual skills and the mindset of having data & tech at the core of everything you do
  • You’re deeply passionate about shipping great products with great user experiences
  • You have solid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact with different stakeholders
  • You hold an EU working permit or citizenship
