Job Description

SGS Digital Trust Services is searching for a working student assisting the global resource management for the location in Graz. Resource management is assigning and optimizing the resources for complex projects across multiple locations in Europe. You start to assist resource management in Graz and can grow into a central role for project organization, closely linked to the project management, within SGS Brightsight.

As a working student, you:

• Will work in an international team together with the local team in Graz and with the experts from SGS mainly located in Barcelona and Delft.
• Will grow into the different IT administration topics following a structured learning plan but being involved in the practical daily operations and support.
• Will have a part-time contract for a minimum of 1 year with a working time of 20 hrs / week.
• Will have the chance to grow into the team of SGS Digital Trust Services in Graz.

Qualifications

You

• Show actively pushing your studies with positive academic success within Graz or nearby.
• Have strong communication skills.
• Like to organize yourself and your colleagues.
• Love to think out of the box.
• Have German and English language skills able to communicate and work in an international team.
• Have basic IT skills e.g. Outlook, Excel, Word

You optionally have

• Knowledge of project management

Payment 

This position will be based at our lab in Graz. 

Payment is based on the collective agreement IT (KV IT), the minimal guaranteed annual salary starts at 21250€. Depending on qualification and experience a respective overpayment is possible.
