The role will suit someone with a passion for making a difference in the lives of young people and with the ability to communicate effectively with young people.This role is being offered on a full-time basis until the end of the academic year.About the Role:To work in partnership with tutors and teachers to provide intervention for persistent absences, lateness & low attendance to ensure that the needs of students who require help to overcome barriers to learning, specifically attendance, are met, in addition to helping students to raise aspirations and achieve their full potential so that they achieve the highest possible standards.About you:

  • Good standard of education up to Level 3
  • Experience of working with 16-19 year olds
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Good ICT skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a Team.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of students.
