The Position

You will be part of the department’s technical team and will have a varied workday. There will be close collaboration with the plant’s production team, our regular craftsmen, and other stakeholders to define, coordinate, and plan tasks. Your work will be both practical and administrative.

You will be part of our 24/7 shift rotation. The shift covers all plants on the Hillerød site and ensures that operations are maintained during off-hours. You should expect to be on shift approximately every 9 weeks. Comprehensive training will be provided before you join the shift rotation.

-It is an advantage if you have a background in a craft-based trade.
-Proficiency in Danish and English, both spoken and written, at a professional level.

As a person, you are proactive, engaged, and committed to delivering high quality on time. You work independently, spot opportunities, make decisions, and stand by them.

Our plant site is undergoing very exciting developments, of which you will be a part. Therefore, we expect you to be open to changes, able to view things from a higher perspective, and solve issues collaboratively with your colleagues. You are cooperative and able to communicate verbally and in writing with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
