• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Backend Developer in a professional setting.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work in agile teams, collaborate, and communicate effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Java, J2EE, and related frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate.
• Experience in Microservices architecture and implementation.
• Hands-on experience in developing RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of containerization (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
