The Executive Assistant will be supporting the General Counsel of APEMEA (Asia Pacific, Europe and Middle East Africa) and the General Counsel of Europe.

The Role

  • T&E: Travel, expenses, budget management, logistics around travel (agendas, meeting with local executives, team 121, townhalls, team gathering, etc.).

  • Calendar management.

  • Reporting:

o LFI roundtable: Consolidate talking points for weekly calls for Europe, open line and manage speakers

o Monthly GC report: Consolidate monthly GC report for senior management

o Any other type of reports as needed.

  • Support to the Corporate Governance team: Help the corporate team on the organization of the Board of Mastercard Europe (IE: diary management with internal and external directors of the board, booking of meeting rooms, organizing onsite lunch when applicable, etc.).

  • Office Logistics: Ordering Office supplies and Onsite Team management (desk/cupboard/locker assignment).

  • Manage outside counsel requests through the Source and track them.

  • Develop PPTs and other materials as requested.

  • Assist in executive engagement and event management activities.

  • Research special topics as assigned.

  • Serve as an administrative liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support the team well-being and strengthen team cohesion by organizing various activities (IE: Christmas lunch; volunteering day, team building, etc.).

• Passionate about technology and interested in working in an international and dynamic team.

• Administrative experience in a corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management and senior customers.

• Natural talent to think proactively and solve problems.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work well in both team and individual settings.

• Ability to motivate highly skilled professionals to partner on both routine and strategic tasks.

• Collaborative, cooperative and supportive; fostering a positive work environment with a natural predisposition to help, assist and support colleagues.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.

• Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.

• High School education. College degree a plus.

• Fluent in English.
