Job description​Senior Research Manager – High Impact Social ResearchCentral London (Hybrid) – £43-49,000 + very strong benefitsExperts at delivering insights to inform behaviour change, policies, and strategy, this leading social research agency are seeking an additional Senior Research Manager to join their talented and passionate team.In this role you will be supported by a diverse team of researchers to deliver exciting quant (leaning) and qualitative studies. Projects will be both quick turnaround and large-scale ongoing studies requiring strong client servicing and insights capabilities. Key responsibilities will include:Ownership of the end-to-end management, execution, and delivery of research projectsCommunicating with and managing internal and external stakeholdersLeading analysis, reports, and proposalsEffectively problem solving issuesContributing to continuous improvement of processes and methodologiesLine management of more junior researchersThis role would suit someone from a social research agency background who enjoys variety and delivering high impact research and you must be able to demonstrate a passion for and understanding of the complexities of social research.
