About the roleWe are seeking a dynamic Engagement Manager for Europe and Africa Consulting to drive sales opportunities and growth in Central (Switzerland, Germany, Italy) and Southern Europe (France, Spain, Belgium, Luxembourg). This pivotal role involves strategically managing client relationships, collaborating with regional account management teams to enhance business development efforts, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within our consulting product suite. The Engagement Manager will focus on creating high-value engagements and will be incentivized based on overall consulting growth in the regions.Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Account Managers to identify and develop Consulting sales opportunities in SEU and CEU regions.
  • Shape sales opportunities by supporting proposal development, attending client meetings, and analyzing RFPs/RFIs/RFQs.
  • Lead commercial discussions, develop pricing strategies, and contribute to proposal structures for consulting products and solutions.
  • Work with the Engagement Director to improve sales processes, approaches, and documents for SEU and CEU markets.
  • Support product development by providing region-specific input and owning delivery of specific products as required.
  • Identify and execute growth opportunities in SEU and CEU, including developing growth plans and conducting client engagement business analysis.
  • Manage the consulting pipeline for SEU and CEU regions and support the monthly engagement cycle for senior teams.
  • Align regional strategies with global Consulting strategies and provide local market insights to the Engagement Director and Consulting team.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Health/Security Consultants to structure services in line with Group solutions and client priorities.
  • Engage the Engagement Director for guidance on complex deals.

About you

  • Previous experience in a commercial/sales environment with proven project management and customer service skills.
  • Experience in consulting or related sales, preferably in health or security sectors.
  • Ability to engage with various stakeholders including customers, senior management, and project teams.
  • Familiarity with crafting proposals for projects/programs.
  • Travel within the Region up to 50%.
  • Fluency in French and English both oral and written
