About the RolePosition Overview:Swift is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Product Manager to take ownership of our Business Identifier Code (BIC) product and related procedures. This role is ideal for someone with an analytical mindset and Swift-related knowledge who can navigate complex environments and effectively prioritize initiatives. As an Associate Product Manager, you will work closely with senior product management. This role encompasses a wide collaboration with several stakeholders such as Enterprise Architects, Solution Architects, Business Analyst and developers, within the Messaging tribe and across other tribes to ensure the smooth operation and continuous improvement of the BIC product.Key Responsibilities:Product Ownership: Manage the BIC product lifecycle from ideas conception through implementation and continuous improvement by defining solution requirements and associated business casesStakeholder Interaction: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, marketing, and customer support to ensure alignment and prioritization of initiativesAnalysis and Reporting: Conduct thorough analysis of product characteristics, customer feedback, and problem investigationProcess Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance product efficiency and effectivenessDocumentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of product features, procedures, and updatesCustomer Focus: Ensure the changes that are suggested meet the needs of the customer and comply Swift rulesTraining and Support: Provide training and support to internal teams and stakeholders on BIC product features and updatesBased in one of our listed locations, you will be working as a member of a highly motivated team that is responsible for end-to-end delivery of Swift messaging services and products like FIN, InterAct, FileAct, RMA, Copy services or SNL amongst others.Qualifications:University degreeAt least 2 years experience in a junior marketing roleWhat we offerWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
