Write the next chapter of your ABB story.This position reports toService Team LeaderYour role and responsibilitiesIn this role, you will have the opportunity to execute service work as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB quality and safety guidelines. Each day, you will deliver quality customer service planning and execute service work as per customer order and expectation. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring customer retention by effectively communicating service work timeline and expectations. The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite (with on-site intervention) This role is contributing to the Electrification Service division. You will be mainly accountable for: •Performing at customers site maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of low and medium voltage apparatus according to contract requirements, applying health and safety ABB rules. •Conducting detailed inventories and inspections to determine necessary maintenance and repairs. •Troubleshooting, repairing equipment and recommend changes such as new equipment or modified procedures to improve performance and customer satisfaction. •Providing recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service and ensure the coordination with the customer for documentation required, safety coordination and planning. •Supervising service activities performed by external resources. •Preparing all technical and work reports to be signed by customer representative. •Referring to management for any clarification required during the service activities, and notify the quality team of quality issues discovered. •Following on-site intervention depending on schedule estimated at 200 days per year 80% Italy – 20% abroad.Qualifications for the role

  • You have at least 2 years of experience in the same field.
  • You are qualified in reading schematic, electrical and wiring diagram.
  • You work well both independently and as a part of a team. You seek solutions actively, instead of focusing on Problems.
  • Technical Diploma or degree in mechanical or electronical field.
  • You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
