  • analyze with Bank users the Business requirements and needs in order to detail functional specifications and assess the impacts on the software by autonomously managing the entire cycle of drafting functional analysis, including validation with internal customers and clients, taking care of every aspect necessary to feed the subsequent phases of technical analysis and development of the software;
  • analysis and mapping of business processes through interviews with process referents, in compliance with industry regulations, also proposing any innovative solutions/modifications, with a view to efficiency and effectiveness;
  • definition (design) and management (execution) of projects for development and management of new products/services (regulatory adjustments, technological, organizational);
  • coordination of resources deployed on projects under management and relationships with the managers of the business areas to which they report.

The ideal candidate must have:

  • at least 2 years of experience in the Back Office department of Collateral Management, Treasury, Risk Management of banking institution or advisory;
  • experience in the role of functional analyst and PMO gained by participating in complex IT projects preferably in the banking and finance context;
  • autonomy in gathering functional requirements, writing functional analysis compatible with Function Point methodology and directly employable in the software lifecycle;
  • demonstrated experience interacting with software engineering & development factories;
  • knowledge of IT components of bank collateral & treasury applications (system interfaces, messaging, architecture);
  • knowledge of the main phases of the software lifecycle;
  • knowledge of Collateral Management (T2S, ECMS, Tryparty Agent, CSD, ABACO);
  • knowledge of Liquidity Management;
  • knowledge of Financial Markets and Investment Instruments;
  • knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and project phases in IT and Function point estimation methodologies;
  • Master’s degree in Economics or Management Engineering;
  • excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
  • excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
  • willingness to work with teams also located in other locations and to travel.
