Job Description:ABOUT THE ROLE AND THE TEAM:As an international Strategy & Operations Associate you will help to coordinate Consumer marketing campaigns and projects across all markets of TKWW, so will work on a group of marketing projects simultaneously. You will play the connector between different functions, ensuring actions are completed in set timelines, supporting our go-to-market strategy, and driving communication with stakeholders. This role will report directly into our Senior Director of International Consumer Marketing.You will work directly with leaders and marketing teams in several countries, coordinate and oversee the delivery of other service teams in the company such as Creative, CRM, Research, and Media to ensure the timely delivery of our campaigns. You will help identify key requirements and timelines needed from cross-functional teams and key stakeholders (as needed) to set every campaign, and will be the key connector among the different teams. You will also ensure that the functional campaign workload of the Consumer Marketing team is managed in a consistent manner and we can deliver on the commitments with the best results.RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage a portfolio of work spanning all stages of a program or project lifecycle – ideation through to project closure.
  • Lead highly complex campaigns and projects spanning multiple geographies.
  • Coordinate project teams and meetings in partnership with the corresponding owners of projects and channels
  • Manage the coordination and deliver of every phase of key programs or projects; including, but not limited to-
  • Define vision for the program or project with clear business objectives, scope, requirements, and success criteria.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the impact and experience for our couples mainly, partners, and/or business.
  • Provide and create clear documentation of program roadmap and dependencies
  • Provide ongoing status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Work in collaboration with other Leaders and a wide range of Marketing stakeholders to deliver on the timeline, objectives and quality commitments: Creative, Paid, CRM, Data, Research… and processing legal approvals, translations, invoice flows or creative forecasting.

SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES HAVE:Must Haves:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Marketing / Strategy Program Management or Project Management
  • Knowledge on different project management skills, methodologies, and techniques
  • Experience on Project management tools, like Asana
  • Organized and with ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights
  • Change Management experience & growth mind-set
  • Fluent in Spanish and English, professional advanced or proficiency
  • Bias for action and collaboration; breaking complex problems into actionable, prioritized and easy to understand solutions.
  • Thrives on ambiguity – ability to demystify complex workstreams and organizational inertia.
