Your role will involve supporting the definition, implementation, and management of risk and performance processes in alignment with the mission and strategic goals of NHOA Energy.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Assisting in the definition, implementation, and management of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework. This includes keeping the identification, measurement, management, and monitoring of all risks and relevant mitigation actions up to date, and tracking progress and feasibility;
  • Providing periodic reports to management on the improvement of residual risks and any new risks that may arise;
  • Assisting in the definition, implementation, and management of processes, procedures, policies, and guidelines within the scope of business continuity, in accordance with ISO 22301 standards;
  • Updating the Business Impact Analysis and the Business Continuity Plan;
  • Organizing, coordinating, and executing Table TOP simulation activities (Incident Response desk exercises) and walkthrough tests (Incident Response field exercises);
  • Managing communication, training, responsibility, and engagement processes in the context of ERM and Business Continuity. This includes coordinating activities with internal functions, customers, and suppliers;
  • Assisting in the management of the IMS and relationships with certifying bodies (third-party auditors) and internal auditors;
  • Assisting in the management of auditing activities related to the IMS (ISO Certification ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) and various outputs from previous findings and reporting.

Requirements

  • A Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics;
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role or as an analyst (preferably in a strategic consultancy firm or an affiliated position in investment funds and/or banks);
  • Strong problem-solving and management skills;
  • The ability to apply logic to solve business problems through a detailed analytical approach;
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills;
  • Proficiency in English, with study and/or work experience abroad being preferred. Knowledge of an additional language is a plus.
