About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Account Director to join our team. This pivotal role is dedicated to driving strategic growth, fostering long-term client relationships, and delivering exceptional value across a portfolio of key client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of client needs, demonstrate strong commercial acumen, and align our services and solutions to achieve mutual success.Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Growth & Value

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to enhance the value of our services and solutions.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for expanding service offerings and deepening client engagements. * Client Understanding & Needs
  • Gain deep insights into client industries, businesses, and challenges.
  • Translate client strategic objectives into actionable plans aligned with our business goals. * Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, meaningful relationships with clients.
  • Ensure open communication, gather client feedback, and foster long-term partnerships. * Commercial Drive
  • Leverage a commercial mindset to drive revenue growth and expand service portfolios.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure delivery of high-value services. * Account Oversight
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic client accounts, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Support account leads in executing strategies for client success.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in account management or a related field, emphasizing strategic growth and building strong client relationships.
  • Expertise in commercial strategies, with a proven ability to spot and capitalize on growth opportunities.
  • Skilled in developing and nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Leadership experience in guiding and mentoring teams to drive account success.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience presenting to and negotiating with senior executives.
  • Strong analytical mindset, capable of solving complex challenges and delivering effective solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital industry and its market dynamics is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a relevant discipline.
  • Advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification in management is highly desirable
