In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our Salesforce applications through comprehensive manual & automation testing. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce, excellent analytical skills, and a keen eye for detail. Prior experience in manual testing and a deep knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations are essential for success in this position. If you are passionate about quality assurance and have a knack for identifying and solving complex problems, we encourage you to apply.Principal AccountabilitiesAssist team management to ensure the delivery of testing activities throughout the duration of a project until releaseExperience in working under Agile project and waterfall methodologyExperience in assessing automation requirements and provide inputs/ideas to the management in implementing automation capabilitiesDrive test automation and ability to prepare automation test scripts, execution and reporting resultsSkills and qualificationsExcellent understanding and experience in manual testing methodologies which includes Smoke/Sanity, System – Functional, System- Integration, Regression, Data migration, User Acceptance TestingGood understanding and experience of manual test process and ability to develop tests, run tests, find defects and log defects effectivelyClearly report test status with metrics, covering test development, execution, and defects statusWilling to take responsibility to own and investigate issues and driving through to resolutionAbility to communicate effectively with developers/development team, domain experts & project managersExperience of testing complex products where knowledge of the product domain is importantAbility to multitask between multiple concurrent projects and adapt to project changesGood logical evaluation and judgement/decisions.
