Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Web Developer to design and develop IIS-hosted websites and web applications. The ideal candidate will have experience with one or more of the following technologies: HTML, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and T-SQL (MS SQL Server).Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Create and maintain IIS-hosted websites and web applications using HTML, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and T-SQL (MS SQL Server).
  • Platform Modification: Modify forms, pages, and transactional data capture/retrieval methods for the external-facing “Clinical Library” business platform, supporting mission-critical clinical trial service offerings.
  • Compliance and Security: Ensure compliance with IQVIA IT technical design standards and industry best-practice security protocols, including multi-factor authentication (MFA).
  • Specifications Drafting: Draft technical and functional specifications based on user-interface, security, and performance requirements defined by internal business customers.
  • Quality Assurance: Engage in code review, white box, and regression testing in collaboration with the QA/QC team.
  • Change Control: Follow and optimize change control documentation procedures (JIRA) and contribute to SDLC/system validation project deliverables.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in HTML, ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, JavaScript, and T-SQL (MS SQL Server).
  • Experience with IIS-hosted website and web application development.
  • Strong understanding of security protocols and authentication methods, including MFA.
  • Ability to draft technical and functional specifications.
  • Experience with code review and testing processes.
  • Familiarity with change control documentation procedures (JIRA) and SDLC/system validation
