Therefore, the most important thing for us is;Minimum 7 years of professional experience within management consulting, or within Performance and RewardA strong ownership mentality, the will to make a difference, and the ability to deliver quality outcomesProven fast learner and a wish to further develop your experience to impact at top executive and Board levelRemarkable analytical skills in identifying and addressing client needsDeep experience managing impactful projectsImpressive proficiency working with Excel and other data analysis toolsThrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and willing to be personally flexible so that we meet our clients’ expectationsA relevant education within economics, finance or businessExperience as a team leaderParticularly eloquent in English, and fluency in DanishFor all that you are.
