The Position

The Brand Manager will report to the Head of Marketing, in our Rome Office.

In this position, you will ensure the growth acceleration of NN Obesity portfolio by creating a strategic marketing plan for Obesity Asset in Italy. You will drive the development & implementation of both strategic and tactical plans aiming the brand equity in alignment with local and international strategies for Obesity.

Furthermore, you will:

-Establish a strong synergy and coordination with the Sales, Commercial and Medical team.
-Analise the market and establish marketing strategies and key sales tools
-Identify business and product opportunities by preparing and follow-up the sales budget and expenses, define and coordinate key events and congresses participation
-Lead market research to understand and improve the brand equity and develop network with different stakeholders to increase the Obesity Brand awareness and reputation
-Work according to Business Ethic procedures, local law, Novo Nordisk Way, policies, and guidelines.
 

Qualifications

As our ideal candidate, you have a background in life sciences, business or marketing and 4-5 yrs of experience within Pharma or MedTech industry.

In addition, we expect you to have:

-Excellent communication, presentations skills and management with confidence of various stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
-Bold analytical and business acumen, result and goal-oriented approach and expertise in launch and brand management
-A strong track record of success along with a positive can-do attitude that motivates the team to achieve ambitious targets.
-Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Proficiency in Italian is desirable, and if not, proficiency in any additional language such as Spanish, French, or Portuguese would be highly appreciated.

The Obesity Business Unit is dedicated to changing the way obesity is treated, how it is considered and how it will evolve in the future. Our mission is to improve skills in managing obesity and address capacity issues in primary care, ensuring that people living with diabetes and obesity have the resources they need.
