We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our SaaS Analytics platform and Managed Services product strategy, driving innovation, and accelerating growth while leading a talented team of product managers, product owners and engineers. Your expertise will be critical in delivering exceptional value to our customers and working with sales team to target accounts and drive successful pilots, product purchase and adoption.

The ideal candidate is an accomplished, high-energy, collaborative leader who has a proven track record of working in or with SaaS software, with a business development or sales acumen. You will need occasionally go deep into both functional and technical hurdles with engineers or architects. Being able to lead and drive strategic discussions with executives is essential to your success as well as your ability to built relationships with key sellers and sales teams. Experience with Managed Service Offers and products is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive 25% y/o revenue growth via new product sales, increased usage and greater renewal and retention

  • Conduct regular thorough market research around industry trends, competitive dynamics, emerging technologies as well as buyer and customer interviews to inform product decisions and identify growth opportunities

  • Develop, communicate and execute product strategy and roadmap that aligns with business goals and balances customer needs, market trends, and technical feasibility to drive growth

  • Ensure roadmaps create the most compelling business solution while ensuring overall competitive positioning in the market with high-value solutions that truly solve customer problems and provide

  • Drive end-to-end customer value delivery, from feature conception to launch to adoption and iterative innovations

  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for discovery and development by cross-functional teams

  • Define, regularly track and assess performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product successes or failures and overall trajectory in terms of revenue, retention and adoption

  • Partner with the sales, marketing, and regional portfolio managers to drive product awareness, value understanding and account targeting

  • Influence portfolio peers as well as internal and external stakeholders

  • Lead, mentor, and guide product managers and cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth

  • Build strong relationships with customers and key sales and Business Unit stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • 5 + years experience in product management

  • people management or leadership experience

  • technical background – experience with application software, SaaS

  • Executive understanding of financial concepts including P&L, balances sheets, and ROI models with delivery of product through defined objectives

  • Ability to travel globally, 25-35%

  • An evangelist of how technology can unlock business value with a passion for creating delightful user experiences

  • Highly motivated, innovative, and solution-driven with experience in shaping cohesive, engaging product experiences

  • Excellent leadership, communication and presentation skills

  • Strong analytical, data-driven problem solver and decision maker who is deeply empathetic and leads with a user-centered/user-first approach

  • History and reputation for listening to users, understanding their needs, and creating improvements to meet those needs

  • Strong track record of influencing and executing product strategy through portfolio roadmaps and tight collaboration with architecture, engineering, delivery and other business units as require

  • Experience in developing Go-To-Market strategies, setting pricing and developing pricing, packaging and bundling policies and strategies
