His/her main mission is to drive the ongoing evolution and implementation of Servier’s sustainability reporting and disclosure strategy as well strengthening communication of sustainability activities internally and externally.

  • Develop Servier’s overall strategy and roadmap on sustainability reporting and disclosure in line with reporting requirements and standards such as CSRD, the EU Taxonomy and other relevant reporting frameworks.
  • Develop a compelling narrative in Servier’s sustainability report and communications on Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) topics. Drive the preparation and edit the Sustainability report in alignment with CSRD requirements. This includes overall project management of the sustainability content and its integration with financial disclosures in the annual integrated report, timely engagement with stakeholders and report drafting in close coordination with Finance and Communications.
  • Lead on ensuring compliance with CSRD regulation by defining a gap analysis and actions plans and follow up on Servier’s double materiality assessment in close collaboration with Finance.
  • Support various functions by increasing their understanding of CSRD disclosure requirements, metrics, targets and their role and responsibilities during the annual reporting cycle. This includes leading workstreams, training and providing ad hoc support.
  • Strengthen integration of sustainability data infrastructure in collaboration with DDSI and other relevant functions.
  • Strengthen communication of sustainability both internally and externally: Inspire and mobilize employees regarding their role in helping Servier achieve its sustainability goals and showcase Servier’s progress at various external platforms.
  • Support other reporting efforts required for investor engagement and internal quarterly performance management reviews. Prepare submission with sustainability ratings and rankings.
  • Stay current with emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in sustainability reporting to ensure best-in-class sustainability reporting.

PROFILE

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field of sustainability, communications, social sciences etc.
  • At least 7 years relevant experience managing sustainability reporting and disclosure including experience with double materiality assessments.
  • Excellent English, both in speaking and writing
  • French preferred but not required

Softskills

  • Solid grasp of relevant ESG regulations and standards, with a strong and growing knowledge of CSRD and its implications
  • Proven experience in communicating on sustainability both internally and externally.
  • Strong experience engaging with internal stakeholders at all levels and well as external stakeholders.
  • Preferred – Experience working in healthcare
