Position Summary

At Bentley Systems, we deliver solutions for complex engineering projects. Our users are the ones designing, building, and operating the world’s infrastructure. It requires us to know their needs very well, and this is where UX Design plays its critical role.

 As a member of the Bentley Infrastructure Cloud UX team, you will use your knowledge and expertise to drive usability improvements for the whole lifecycle of infrastructure assets. You will collaborate with Product Managers, Software Engineers, fellow UX Designers, subject matter experts, and of course, users to deliver highly impactful, integrated, yet modular cloud-based solutions that help millions of engineering roles and infrastructure owners/operators all over the world.

We will rely on you for the following:

-Communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and manage the scope in a fast-paced collaborative environment
-Contribute to the user research
-Translate user research findings into insights and design improvements
– Ensure that designs are consistent with our design system and contribute the designs to the design system
 

What You Bring to The Team:

-Experience with B2B enterprise software products
-Proficiency in rapid and high-fidelity prototyping
-A professional portfolio displaying skills, with particular emphasis on problem-solving
-Visual design skills and an eye for detail
-Great command of Figma
 

What would make you stand out:

-Familiarity with design guidelines for SaaS/Cloud software
-Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, User Experience, or a related field
-Familiarity with the infrastructure field
