But the extreme volume, variety and velocity of data has made digital evidence management more complex than ever. It’s time to revolutionize digital evidence management.The Evidence Software department in Motorola Solutions is the leading provider of Digital Asset and Evidence Management Solution.
The team is responsible for end-to-end software development including: design, implementation, testing, delivery and maintenance. We work in a well balanced scrum team with a full range of software development experience and local Product Owner. We embrace the DevOps culture and Continuous Delivery approach.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a passionate Software Quality Assurance engineer, a Problem Solver, to join our department and take care of the highest quality of our Evidence Software.
Your main responsibilities will include analyzing, developing, designing and maintaining software automation test scripts for the organization’s products and systems. Assist in troubleshooting customer issues on live, production systems.The team is working on a following technology stack:

  • Playwright and Selenium
  • .NET 8 & C# 11 (soon C# 12)
  • Repository: GitHub
  • CI/CD automation: Azure Pipelines, soon GitHub Actions
  • Cloud: Microsoft Azure, soon Google Cloud Platform

Basic Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or equivalent experience.
  • At least 4+ years quality assurance experience in Agile Development environments.
  • Minimum 2+ years experience with automated testing tools or equivalent automation skills.
  • Experience of CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and quickly adjust in changing environment.
  • Thorough working knowledge of software testing methodologies and the testing life cycle.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience writing automated tests using Playwright.
  • Understanding of cloud service architectures.
  • Experience automating manual build and delivery pipelines.
  • Prior experience automating integration testing in backend applications.
