- Directly reporting to the CEO and dotted to VP/GM of Area/MC of assignment.
- 2 years customized rotational program, with 4-6-month length of assignments with possibility of acquiring international experience.
- Assignment Path:
– Affiliate (Sales Rep / Field role)
– Global Business Marketing, Commercial, Market Access.
– Global Corporate Area, R&D or Supply Chain
– CEO (Specific Project Assignment)
- Significant exposure to Senior Management, including Management Board and CEO.
- Valuable coaching and development support from business mentors and certified coaches.
- Great networking opportunities.
Education & Experience
- Outstanding academic background, with a postgraduate degree (PhD, MSc, etc.) in science, business, and an MBA.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Proven leadership abilities in a matrix environment.
- Proficiency in English, Spanish and at least one additional language.

- Willingness to relocate during the two-year rotational program and beyond.
- Strong strategic and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with analytical and innovative thinking skills.
- Fearless, courageous, and creative individual that embraces change and transformation, capable of adapting when required and that thrives in an ever-evolving environment.
