The JobOnera is seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Administrator. As an Office Administrator, you will support the business support functions by performing a variety of hands-on administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring smooth operations within the office, aiding various departments in maintaining efficiency, and providing key support in administrative duties. Our innovative solutions provide comprehensive sleep test data to physicians in a variety of clinical and non-clinical environments to optimize patient care and reduce healthcare costs.Key Responsibilities – What You’ll DoIn this role, you will ensure smooth office operations by performing a variety of essential administrative tasks. You will handle general duties such as answering phones, managing (e)mail and packages, maintaining office records, and supporting office (social) events to enhance team engagement – acting as a key representative of Onera.You will provide critical administrative support for both finance and HR functions. This includes updating standard reports, collecting missing receipts, creating Purchase Orders (POs) and input contracts for these departments and supporting the on-boarding processes of new employees. Additionally, your support may be required for ad-hoc tasks.Collaboration is key, and you will work closely with various teams across the organization, promoting a cooperative and team-oriented atmosphere.   • Proven hands-on experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or relevant role
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and practical problem-solving skills.
  • (min) High school diploma or equivalent.
  • A positive, proactive “can-do mentality,” with a willingness to take on challenges and find solutions.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Dutch
  • Preferably living close to Eindhoven area
