We are looking for a person to continue and expand the Indirect Procurement journey within our company where you will be part of the Indirect Procurement team, located at the Danish HQ in Smørum. The team currently consists of 8 team members (3 in Denmark and 3 in Poland and 1 in the US) with reference to the Director of Global Indirect Procurement. Your teammates are more than ready to help you!Take part in developing Indirect Procurement categories
Joining us, you will be developing the Retail Categories, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Professional services as well as other focus areas. However, category responsibility may change over time.You will ensure procurement quality within your categories by increasing the overall value from the supply base and by providing support and knowledge to our business. You will collaborate with many stakeholders – both internally and externally – whom you will actively approach and engage with to enhance our procurement footprint. You will also support our business units internationally. Annually, you must therefore expect 15-20 days of travelling.Your primary tasks will be to:

  • Engage and collaborate with global stakeholders to develop and implement sourcing strategies, review supplier performance, and remain knowledgeable of global market trends
  • Conduct analyses and facilitate e-sourcing projects and tenders
  • Assist in the preparation and implementation of negotiation strategies ahead of project finalizations

You have a commercial university degree maybe combined with some years of experience within procurement. As a person, you hopefully enjoy applying a detail-oriented approach while also maintaining an overview of your stakeholder-landscape. Stakeholder management is essential in this position, and we are looking for a person who enjoys engaging and sparring with various stakeholders across the business.You want to develop your competencies within digital procurement, and contract negotiation and you possess an inherent urge to deliver savings and creating value.You are fluent in both spoken and written English language.Join the team!
