• Develop and Secure Web Solutions: Create robust web applications for banks, focusing on areas like global payments, multi-bank cash management, digital client onboarding, corporate banking apps, open banking APIs, and innovative dashboards.
• Code with Excellence: Emphasize security, performance, and thorough testing in your code, utilizing modern CI/CD solutions for integration and deployment.
• Innovate and Prototype: Engage in prototyping new solutions and transform your ideas into significant improvements.

What We Look For:

• Experience: At least 3 years of commercial experience in Java programming.
• Skills and Knowledge: Strong understanding of developer tools, particularly Git, Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs, and web application security. Knowledge of Spring Boot and classic application servers is a plus.
• Education: Academic degree in computer science or a related field.
• Attributes: Sense of ownership, customer focus, attention to detail, and a drive for optimal solutions.
• Passion: Enthusiasm for designing and writing high-quality code and tests.
• Learning and Sharing: Willingness to share knowledge and continuously learn new things.
• Flexibility: Openness to occasional business travel (mainly within the EU, but possibly outside as well).
• Language Skills: Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
